How can we help?

Too many holes are too dense and lead to deformation during laser cutting

The holes in the sheet metal are cut using laser technology. However, when the number of holes is too large or the holes are too densely packed, the heat generated by the laser cutting process can cause the temperature of the material to rise significantly. This increase in temperature can lead to deformation of the sheet metal.

To mitigate this issue, it's important to carefully consider the design and layout of the holes. Techniques such as spacing out the holes more evenly or using a staggered pattern can help reduce the heat concentration.

We will communicate with you even if we find this problem before production and discuss a solution with you.
