There do not have fiducial marks or tooling holes on break away rails

Reason of failed review:

Per note on the web, it requires to have 2X2 arrays by V scoring on boards and add break away rails. But, we are not sure if we need to add fiducial marks or tooling holes on break away rails.

Suggestion:

When you upload panel board to our web, please make sure to list the requirement of panel in details. Such as, 2X2 arrays by V scoring, 5 panels, total 20pcs, with 5mm break away on 4 sides, add 1mm fudicial marks and 3mm tooling holes on 4 sides( or no fudicial marks or tooling holes).
