How can we help?

Requires structural changes to prevent shrinkage of injection molded products

Injection molded product shrinkage is a phenomenon where a plastic product becomes slightly smaller than its initially designed size once it cools and is removed from the mold. This typically occurs due to the volume shrinkage of the plastic material during the cooling process.

If we identify this issue, the factory will adjust your injection structure accordingly. Your salesperson will then send you the updated design for your approval. If you find the changes acceptable, we will proceed with production. This process ensures that any shrinkage issues are addressed before finalizing the product, maintaining the quality and accuracy of your order.
