pls confirm whether solid rectangle area should be made as slot or not

Reason of failed review:

The slot designed in GKO layer or mechanical layer should be hollow frame, not solid rectangle shape. The solid rectangle shape will cause confusion. See pic below, we will ask you to confirm whether the pointed rectangle area in GKO layer should be made as slot or not.

Suggestion:

If it is just the keep-out copper area, pls remove it from GKO layer and offer individual proper outline layer to go ahead. For keep-out copper area, you can just leave it empty,no copper layout. Factory will make copper as copper layer and not add extra copper randomly.
